Jamie Foxx interviews T.I.

And T.I. gets lady gaga for the new album
"Phenomenal talent. Extremely proud [to work with her]," Tip said about Gaga. "She's definitely that good. She knows what she's doing. She knows exactly what she wants people to think and say. She does everything that she needs to be done to ensure it happens...We gonna go back in and record some more songs...But the one we have right now is entitled 'Lick It.' I think we both have a tendency to shock the world in a lot of different ways...[My Eminem collaboration] is in the making. It just hasn't been recorded yet. The song has been picked out and it's been agreed for us to do it. We're thinking a song that can definitely make its way to the club." (MTV)

Earlier this month, Ross announced the creation of his new underground project.
"I'm in the lab cooking up Teflon Don, the album," Ross said in an interview. "I'm also wrapping up a mixtape by the name of Albert Anastasia. The Albert Anastasia EP, hosted by DJ Smallz, lookout for that sh*t. We gonna drop that Memorial Weekend just for the streets...A few n*ggas used to call me 'Fat Albert' growing up. It was funny and then stumbled across another name. It's cool, do your history. It's most definitely a dope mixtape, it's most definitely gonna have all new music on there. I've been releasing a few freestyles, just prepping the sh*t up. It's gonna be a classic mixtape just to feed the real n*ggas in the streets just before I give them this Teflon Don." (Spliff TV)
Aside from the music, Ross recently talked about dealing with the public's misconceptions of him.
"There's always gonna be misconceptions," Ross explained in an interview with Boss Lady. "There's always gonna be opinions and they not necessarily bad. Because a lot of times, people learn things in time. So what could have been a misconception last year, with a lot of people, isn't a misconception this year. I always had thick skin growing up. I was always the fat black dude with the cheap shoes on. I always had thick skin when it came to jokes or whatever and I could always tell a good joke. I could tell a great joke...' (Dr. Jays)
Ross is currently preparing the release of his new album, Teflon Don.
"It was a real good move," Ross said about the delay. "I felt like the June 29th was a little too premature, that was the date my homie Diddy was coming out on anyway. And you know that's the homie, so I felt like coming in the early July, middle July was best for me from day one. But it's always good anyway man as long as you're setting up all your pieces up in the right place. You're setting your radio up, you're setting your marketing up, the rest of that sh*t come in place when you got hits." (Rap Radar)

The Real Ricky Ross Wants his Due for using his name.
MAY 25, 2010 - Since his release from a life sentence in federal prison May 4, 2009, Ricky D. Ross a/k/a "Rick Ross", the ex-drug kingpin from LA, has been preparing to go to war against all parties who profited off of his name unlawfully while he was in jail, without his consent, particularly William L. Roberts II, Def Jam, Universal and others. As the above-named parties gear up to release the 4th "Roberts as RICK ROSS" album titled "Teflon Don", a storm is brewing in the real "Rick Ross" camp against the anticipated album imminent summer release. It's no secret that the Boss at Freeway Enterprise. com is unhappy with how his name has been exploited and misused since he went to prison in 1995, and in 2006, the above-named parties signed Roberts to a big record deal and then spent, and made, millions off Ross' name. Rick Ross protested the exploitation and misuse of his name from prison in 2006, by having a lawyer send letters to Def Jam to cease use, which they ignored.

The above-named parties branded Roberts as "RICK ROSS" and dominated use of the real Rick Ross' name, created Roberts false drug dealer image and based it on Rick Ross' real drug dealer image, in the Black, urban crime, and rap community. Roberts' breakout hit (Everyday I'm) Hustlin was about him falsely being this rapper and drug dealer named "RICK ROSS", and with the financial backing of the above-named parties, Roberts became a rap star, and Rick Ross got nothing. If Rick Ross was still in jail, the story would be over!

Detox NEWS.
First of all, Face is working on a new song with Dr. Dre that is supposed to be on Detox. I know people are hateful towards Detox rumors at this point, but I have to say it. Face says he won’t be using Dre beats though, because they are too costly. But, Scarface is also working on his new album called The Habit. Face is producing that album mostly by himself.
